Conclusion

With regards to Stage 1, through the survey we had conducted among the community regarding the topic of Hibah ‘Umra, we could safely deduce that a majority of our respondents did not know about Hibah ‘Umra and this would have indirectly affected most of their responses for the remaining questions as without knowledge on the following topic, one will also fail to know the principles and theories that it offers. This shows that the knowledge of Hibah ‘Umra is still very low amongst the community and this is an issue that has to be overcome with.

In accordance with the results from the public survey we had launched and the interview session with the respected Syarie lawyer, Tuan Nazmi, we firmly believe that the public are still lacking of knowledge, awareness and exposure about Hibah ‘Umra. Therefore, we would like to use our knowledge that we gain from the interview session to educate the public regarding Hibah 'Umra.

Therefore, with the results obtained based on our survey and interview session in relation to Hibah ‘Umra, we as a group have decided that the knowledge of Hibah ‘Umra has to be sown in our community not only in Muslims but also non-Muslims in coordination to our multiracial country. As a matter of fact, we will be discussing on methods and activities to be applied from our part towards the public in order to ensure that the public are well aware of Hibah ‘Umra.

With the sole aim of ensuring Hibah ‘Umra’s widespread knowledge, we Group 4 strive with confidence towards Stage 2 to make this happen.
